• 1. Eligibility for Exchange

  You can request an exchange only if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping (transit damage).

  • The item is unused, unopened, has all original tags, and is in its original packaging.

  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  Products that are used, altered, or missing original tags/packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

  2. How to Start an Exchange

  To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at 📧 info@charwaha.com.

  2. Include your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged or defective product/package in your email.

  3. Our support team will review your request and confirm the next steps.

  3. Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a free pickup of the product.

  • Please ensure the product is unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Keep the pickup slip for tracking your return.

  • After we receive and inspect the product (quality check), we will issue:

    • A replacement/exchange for the same item, or

    • We will be processed within 5–7 business days Store credit if the replacement is unavailable.

  4. Important Notes

  • If the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive store credit and will be notified when the item becomes available again.

  • Always inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
    If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at info@charwaha.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Items not reported within the 24-hour window will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
