So, Pankaj and Mahendra saw a real gap – how do you get premium pet and vet products to every corner of India without breaking the bank? Their answer, Charwaha.com, is super smart. They’re basically shaking up the whole supply chain, cutting out all the unnecessary steps.
Think of it this way: instead of products taking a long, winding road with lots of stops (and extra costs!) along the way, Charwaha.com is creating a super-efficient highway. This means retailers and distributors get those great products at a much better price, and ultimately, that saving can be passed to the pet owners and the vets who care for our furry (and scaly and feathered!) friends.

His extensive experience includes holding top leadership positions at multinational corporations such as BNP Paribas and JPMorgan Chase. An expert in defining strategy and building high-performing, cross-cultural teams from the ground up, Pankaj has successfully led large-scale operations. He is now channeling this wealth of experience in technology, leadership, and operational excellence into his passion project: building India's first B2B digital marketplace for veterinary products. His mission with Charwaha.com is to address a critical supply chain gap and revolutionize the animal husbandry ecosystem in India.

For 20+ years, I was in the trenches at Ogilvy, Bates, and DDB Mudra, building giants like Unilever, AmEx,ITC, Castrol,IBM, DHL, and Vodafone. My superpower? Making brands famous in the toughest spots: Media Dark and Low Urban markets. Now, I'm channeling that strategic rigor and market grit into something deeply personal. Driven by a lifelong passion for animals, I'm pivoting to launch innovative ventures in Pet/Vet Food, Health, and Wellness. It's a simple mission: To apply decades of world-class brand building expertise to genuinely improve the lives of Pets & empower Vet by providing premium products that are affordable for every pawrents.
